Job Title: Test Automation Architect with Banking Domain

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with Java, along with strong expertise in API testing. This role involves designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, leading QA initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Lead the automation testing strategy for both UI and API layers.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Conduct performance testing and security testing of APIs.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation best practices.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the automation process
Requirement:
You are:
- 10 years of Selenium WebDriver and Java for test automation.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, particularly credit card processing systems.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java programming.
- Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
